What a day today has been !! I have been really low past few days . Two weeks ago we had some dreadful news. My friends son has been murdered . It shocked me when we found out and I couldnt sleep for a few days at first. I tried to not think about it and get " too involved" . But whats the point of denying how you feel ?

surrender without resentment

Ive been learning a lot about surrender now for a long time. I used to think I was surrendered to God but now I realise how far away from that I was. God has been showing me this for a while and ive been working on it.
First of all , He had to teach me to let go before I could surrender fully. I had held all the reins all my life, even as a christian.

I took Bella our dog for a walk to our local park.
